When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped in approximately 3-4 week. We only ship on business days. All our frames are custom made to order and shipped completed. We do not offer Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping at this time.

What shipping method do you use?

We use UPS or Fed Ex for most shipping destinations U.S. Mail is used for many international destinations. We do ship to APOs.

Do I need to send my diploma?

No, the frame comes with instructions on how to easily insert your diploma or document.

I don’t know the diploma size. Aren’t they all a standard size?

Diploma sizes vary depending on a multitude of factors...year of graduation, type of degree, undergraduate degree or post-graduate degree (law and medical degrees are often different sizes). If you have not yet received your diploma or are buying the frame as a gift, you can contact the school directly and get this information. Contact the school's Registrar's Office for exact degree size.

How do I measure my diploma?

Please lay your diploma face up (so that you can read it) on a flat surface. Using a ruler measure the width of the diploma. This is from the left edge of the paper to the right edge of the paper. Write this down as your ‘width’. Then measure from the top edge of the paper to the bottom edge of the paper. Write this down as your ‘height’. Ignore the text on the diploma when measuring, just measure the paper. Include these dimensions when you place your diploma frame order. (There is space provided.)
